摘要
多年来人们一直认为侵彻过程中由于撞击产生的高压必然会对靶板产生冲击压缩。但最近的研究表明应力波对材料产生的压缩可分为冲击压缩和等熵压缩,不同的压缩情况对材料的宏观特性如硬度等方面的影响差异很大。以射流侵彻钢板为例,分别对两种不同压缩情况产生的流动应力进行计算,转换成硬度后与试验值相比较,由此确定侵彻过程中应力波对侧壁2 mm后的钢板压缩为等熵压缩,并了解其对材料硬度的影响。
It is believed that high pressure must produce shock compression.But in recent studies,it′s found that two types of compression,i.e.shock compression and quasi-isentropic compression,can be caused by stress wave.Effects such as hardness caused by two types of compression are different.In this paper,we analyze the effects of the both compression on the hardness of the target penetrated by copper jet.The calculating results show that the dynamic flow stresses of the steel produced by two types of stress wave are different.Then we convert flow stresses into hardness and compare them with the measured hardness values of the steel.Finally,we determine that the type of compression taking place in the target which is more than 2 mm far away from the penetration channel wall is the quasi-isentropic compression,and know its effect on the metal′s hardness.
