摘要
通过运用圆筒磁屏蔽理论,对比研究机械表机心在较强直流磁场下的实际防磁性能,得出影响防磁屏蔽性能的主要因素为屏蔽罩材料的磁导率和尺寸。通过实际验证坡莫合金、电工纯铁和马氏体不锈钢3种材料制造的防磁屏蔽罩的防磁性能,结果表明:电工纯铁和马氏体不锈钢更适合作为较强直流磁场下的屏蔽罩材料;而坡莫合金虽有很高的初始磁导率,但在较强直流磁场下更易达到磁饱和,致使其磁屏蔽性能不如电工纯铁和马氏体不锈钢稳定。
With cylinder magnetic shield theory,the actual antimagnetic performance of mechanical watch in strong DC magnetic field was comparatively studied.It shows that the main influencing factors of antimagnetic features of mechanical watch are the size and permeability of the shield material.The test result indicates that pure iron and martensitic stainless steel are more suitable for antimagnetic material in strong DC magnetic field;permalloy has high initial permeability,however,it reaches saturated magnetization sooner than two others in strong DC magnetic field,so the antimagnetic stability of it is not as good as pure iron and martensitic stainless steel.
