摘要 运用ANSYS有限元软件采用不同的模拟冲模速度进行板料拉深过程分析。研究表明,达到筒形件极限拉深高度而不发生起皱和破裂的模拟冲模速度有一个数值范围,在数值范围内任意选取模拟冲模速度,对起皱和破裂预测不会产生较大的误差,但取较大的模拟冲模速度能极大地提高模拟过程的计算效率。 The effect of different punch speed on drawing processes of cylindrical cups was investigated by the ANSYS.The analysis indicates that there exists a numerical range of punch speed to obtain limit drawing height without wrinkling and fracture,punch speed can be chosen arbitrarily within this range,which will not lead to large error for forecasting wrinkling and fracture,but calculation efficient can be promoted with higher punch speed.
