Benefits maximization of medical services

医院经营管理的根本问题是效益问题，文章提出医疗服务效益最大化的议题，阐明了医疗服务效益最大化的内涵，即社会效益最大化和经济效益最大化，二者之间的辩证关系及实现医疗服务效益最大化的思考，实现这一目标符合医患双方的根本利益。认为这一议题不仅是一个医院管理者必须认真思考探索的理论问题，也是医务工作者的当前任务和长期目标。

The fundamental issue of hospital operation is benefit. This article discusses the issue of benefit maximization of medical services, illustrating its contents, ie, both maximization of social benefits and economic benefits, the interactive relationship between these two and the way to achieve this target. This target conforms with the fundamental interests of both the hospital and the patients. For the author, this issue is not only a theoretical issue asking for sincere study and exploration of hospital managers but also the present duty and future target for all the health workers.
