在雄伟壮丽的泰山脚下,有一所在医院管理和深化改革中独树一帜的三级甲等医院即泰安市中心医院。该院积极探讨“以病人为中心,以质量为核心,强化医院管理,深化医院改革”的新思路,形成了“临床围着病人转,后勤围着临床转,领导围着职工转,全院围着病人干”的服务模式和医院管理模式,使患者和职工双受益,医院凝聚力增强,医疗技术迅速发展,引起全国各地2000多家兄弟医院关注与实地考察。
Located at the foot of the towering Taishan Mountain, the Taian City Central Hospital, an accredited Level Three Grade A hospital, has made outstanding achievements in deepening hospital management reform. The hospital actively explores the new methodology of ‘strengthening hospital management and deepening hospital reform as patients centered and quality being the core’ and has formed a new mode of medical services and hospital management, which turns out to be ‘clinics is the center of logistics, staffis the center of leaders and patient is the center of both the clinics and the whole hospital’. Staffs have shared benefits with patients from the new mode and the unity level of the hospital greatly improved and the medical technology rapidly upgraded. Attention has been paid by over 2 000 hospitals around the country, followed by on the spot study and positive appraisal.
