摘要 Hemangiopericytomas （HPCs） originating from central nervous system were increasingly reportedrecently. Intravertebral HPCs are preclomlnanuy eplaural. Primary intradural HPCs of spinal cord are rare. Little subarachnoid dissemination has been reported. We reported a HPC of the cervical spinal cord with subarachnoid dissemination.
