摘要 随着生物医学的快速发展,不断地涌现出许多生物医学数据库。将这些相互独立的数据库有机地组织在一起,对于提高一个学科或领域的整体知识水平,以及对该学科或领域进行更深入、更全面的理解是十分重要的。数据集成可以实现数据更广泛的共享和更有效的利用,已经成为生物信息学的核心研究内容之一。介绍生物医学异构数据库集成的方法,综述生物医学异构数据库集成领域内最新的研究进展,并且讨论和总结各种方法的特点及使用条件。 With the rapid development of biomedicine,many biomedical databases have constantly emerged.How to methodically organize these independent databases is fundamental to increase the overall knowledge and understanding of a specific subject.Data integration can implement wider data sharing and more effective utilization of data,and it has become the core research content of bioinformatics.In this paper,the methods of the integration of biomedical heterogeneous database were introduced,and the newest progress in this field was reviewed.The characteristics and the use conditions of all methods were discussed and summarized as well.
