摘要
目的利用3.0T磁共振磁敏感加权成像(SWI)校正相位图像相位值,探讨左右利手人脑铁含量的差异。方法左利手组健康成年志愿者30例,男16例,女14例,平均32.5岁;年龄与性别相匹配右利手组健康成年人30例,男16例,女14例,平均33.4岁;30岁以上健康成年志愿者36例,女17例,男19例,平均56.4岁,接受磁敏感加权成像扫描。在校正相位图上测量双侧额叶、尾状核、壳核、苍白球、丘脑、红核和黑质的校正相位值。30岁以上健康成年人各脑区的平均校正相位值与文献报道的脑铁含量参考值进行Pearson相关分析,以验证资料的可靠性。左右利手组间两侧半球对应脑结构区平均校正相位值差异,采用独立样本t检验。结果各脑区的平均校正相位值与脑铁含量参考值间呈负相关性(r=-0.924,P=0.003)。各利手组所测相应脑区平均校正相位值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论成年不同利手人之间脑铁含量无统计学差异。
Objective To investigate brain iron concentration difference between left-and right-handers by phase values,detected from susceptibility weighted corrected phase imaging at 3.0 T MR.Methods Susceptibility weighted corrected phase images were acquired on a 3.0T MR in 60 healthy subjects(30 left-handers and 30 right-handers)and 36 healthy subjects(more than 30 years old;17 women,19 men;mean age,56.4 years old).The left and right-handed groups were matched by sex and age(14 women,16 men;mean age,32.5 and 33.4 years).The phase values of bilateral frontal white matters(FWM),caudate nucleus(CN),Putamen(PU),globus pallidus(GP),thalamus(TH),red nucleus(PN)and substantia nigra(SN)were respectively measured on corrected phase images.To check on the reliability of the detection method,the Pearson correlation analysis was used to test the correlation between the corrected phase values measured from 36 volunteers with published brain iron levels.The Independent Sample T Test was used to separately(L and R handed groups)conduct the phase values of each of the seven bilateral brain regions.Results Regional corrected phase values on phase corrected images were negatively correlated with reference values of regional brain iron concentration in healthy adults(r =-0.924,P=0.003).There were no statistically significant differences in the average phase values of corresponding brain regions between left-handers and right-handers(P0.05).Conclusion There is no statistically significant difference of brain iron concentration between left-and right-handers.
