摘要
本研究以籼稻品种9311为受体和粳稻品种日本晴为供体构建而成的95个染色体单片段置换系为材料,对芒长、芒分布特征以及有芒置换系产量相关因子进行了调查分析。结合2008年和2009年的调查结果,通过代换作图共鉴定出4个与芒有无相关的QTLs,分别位于水稻第1、第2、第5和第7染色体上。qAWN-1被定位在第1染色体RM472与RM1387之间,遗传距离为6.6cM;qAWN-2被定位在第2染色体RM5804与RM4472之间,遗传距离为7.4cM;qAWN-5被定位在第5染色体RM1024与RM2422之间,遗传距离为14.1cM;qAWN-7被定位在第7染色体RM192与RM11之间,遗传距离为33.5cM。本研究所检测到的QTLs可以为理想型无芒品种分子标记辅助育种提供理论依据。
We used a set of 95 chromosome single-segment substitution lines(CSSLs) from 9311×Nipponbare to be as materials for studying the length and distribution of rice awn and yield component traits.Total 4 quantitative trait loci(QTLs) relative to awn development were mapped on the chromosome 1,2,5 and 7 by substitution mapping.qAWN-1 was mapped in the region of RM472-RM1387 with 6.6 cM genetic distance on rice chromosome 1;qAWN-2 was mapped in the region of RM5804-RM4472,which was 7.4 cM in genetic distance on rice chromosome 2.qAWN-5 was mapped in the region of RM1024-RM2422,which was 14.1 cM in genetic distance on rice chromosome 5.qAWN-7 was mapped in the region of RM192-RM11,which was 33.5 cM in genetic distance on rice chromosome 7.The QTLs detected in this paper would be useful for molecular marker-assisted breeding for awnless varieties.
