摘要
本研究利用周8425B与中国春杂交获得的F2和F3群体,采用分离群体分组分析法(BSA),获得了与LrZH84紧密连锁的EST分子标记BF482555,并在F2和F3群体中检测的连锁距离分别为3.8cM和4.5cM,该标记在抗感品种间扩增出了共显性的多态性片段。这些研究结果证明,通过EST建立小麦抗叶锈病基因的分子标记是可行的,同时为周8425B抗叶锈病基因的分子标记辅助育种奠定了基础。
In this paper,we utilized their F2 and F3 population derived from the crossing between Zhou8425B and Chinese Spring to obtained a EST marker BF482555 Linking to the LrZH84 by using bulked segregant analysis(BSA),then identified genetic distance in F2 and F3 population were 3.8 cM and 4.5 cM,respectively.As well as the marker BF482555 amplified co-dominant polymorphism between resistant and susceptible cultivars.These results indicated that it is a feasible way for establishing molecular markers of wheat leaf rust resistance genes based on EST,and it would provide a basis for the marker-assisted breeding of wheat leaf rust resistance genes in Zhou 8425B.
