摘要
白粉病是一种危害瓜类作物的重要病害,引起瓜类产量和品质的下降。本文主要综述了瓜类作物白粉病菌的生理小种分化,瓜类作物白粉病的抗性遗传规律,与抗病基因连锁的分子标记研究进展,抗性基因的QTL定位以及抗性基因的分离与鉴定,同时对瓜类作物白粉病抗性研究进行了展望。
Powdery mildew is a major disease affecting yield and quality of cucurbit crops.In this paer,we mainly review the differentiation of physiological races of powdery mildew in cucurbit,genetic rules of powdery mildew resistance,research progresses on molecular markers linked to resistance genes,and QTL localization of resistance gene,and isolation and identification of powdery mildew resistance genes in cucurbit crops.Also,researches on powdery mildew resistance in cucurbit were prospected.
