摘要
植物SUPERMAN类锌指蛋白属于C2H2型锌指蛋白中的单锌指蛋白,具有N端QALGGH和C端富含亮氨酸L(I)DLXLR(K)L的保守结构域,主要在植物花发育、胚发育、种子发育、侧根和分枝发育过程中起重要作用。本文阐述了SUPERMAN类单锌指蛋白在结构、作用机制、功能等方面的研究进展。随着不同作物中SUPERMAN家族的基因克隆,其生理功能和对植物生长发育的调控机制将更清晰,为进一步的基因遗传转化奠定了基础。
The SUPERMAN-like zinc finger protein is a kind of single zinc finger protein that belong to the Cys2His2-type zinc finger protein family,the conserved domains are the QALGGH amino acid residues at N-terminus and a leucine-rich motif L(I)DLXLR(K)L in the carboxy-terminal region.The superman family play an important role in flora organ morphogenesis,embryogenesis,seed development,lateral root formation and branching of plant.This paper introduces the progress of the structure,mechanism of action and functions of the SUPERMAN single zinc finger protein family.The physiologic function and regulation mechanism on plants growth development would be clearer follow the genes cloning of SUPERMAN single zinc finger protein family in difference crops,and could lay a good foundation for further genetic transformation.
