摘要
本文综述了SRAP标记在观赏植物遗传育种中的应用现状,如在PCR体系优化、遗传多样性及其亲缘关系分析、种质资源的鉴定与遗传图谱的构建、重要性状的分子标记与基因克隆等领域。同时,通过比较SRAP与RFLP、RAPD、SSR、ISSR等常用分子标记各自的特点,突出了SRAP标记的优势,并详细分析了SRAP标记的局限,及其后续发展出的TRAP与CoRAP标记。最后,在4个方面分别展望了SRAP标记在观赏植物遗传育种应用前景。
This review summarizes the application of SRAP marker in ornamental plants' genetic and breeding,including the optimizing of PCR system,genetic diversity and genetic relationship,germplasm identification and genetic mapping,molecular markers of important traits and gene clone.In comparing of features with some frequently used molecular markers,such as RFLP,RAPD,SSR and ISSR markers,highlights the advantages of SRAP.Also,the limits and novel developments of SRAP are analyzed in detail.Finally,forecasting the applications of SRAP marker in ornamental plants' genetic and breeding,in four aspects respectively.
