桥小脑角区域病变的处理原则
摘要
桥小脑角（cerebellopontine angle，CPA）区域病变主要涉及第V～XII脑神经根疾病及占位性病变。脑神经根病变包括三又神经痛、半面痉挛、舌咽神经痛、顽固性周围性眩晕及耳鸣等。占位性病变包括原发于CPA的瘤和相邻部位侵及CPA的肿瘤，主要为良性肿瘤，多见的有听神经瘤、脑膜瘤和胆脂瘤；少见的有脂肪瘤、海绵状血管瘤闭和副节瘤等。原发恶性肿瘤极为少见，转移癌虽有个案报道，也属罕见。
