侧颅底外科医师的培训

摘要 自1977年Fischr提出侧颅底肿瘤的手术方法后，在数代耳科医师的不懈努力下，侧颅底外科逐渐进入耳科手术范畴。近年来，国内对侧颅底外科感兴趣的耳科医师日渐增多，有不少机构已经积累了较为丰富的侧颅底外科经验。由于不同医疗机构的水平参差不齐，对国内有志于侧颅底外科的医师来说，很少有人真正接受过系统完善的训练，导致耳鼻咽喉科医师在开展侧颅底手术时有较多的局限。
