摘要
教师生命意义指"教师"这一特定社会角色存在的目的和价值,以及教师在教育生涯中的自我确证感和自我实现感,它具有目的性、主体性、精神性和超越性等特征。目前,我国教师的生命意义在强烈的职业倦怠、被动的生存状态和异化的师生关系中被逐渐消解了。教师应该在学习、创造以及与学生的对话中不断追寻自身的生命意义,提升自己的生命价值。
The significance of teachers' life implies the definite value and purpose of the "teachers" existence in society and,meanwhile,indicates the sense of self-confirmation and self-realization formed during their teaching career.It is characterized by purposiveness,subjectivity,spirituality and transcendentality.At present,however,it is melt away by the severe job exhaustion,passive survival conditions and abnormal teacher-student relations.Teachers should continuously pursue the self-life significance through dialogues with students and promote the value of life.
