摘要
近年来,教师职业倦怠感愈来愈成为引起人们普遍关注的主题。尤其,来自心理学方面的实证研究较为突出地显示了其中种种成因及负面效应。除此,将视角转向以探究生命意义为矢的萨特存在主义哲学,从这一立场出发,对教师职业倦怠感产生的个体深层次内在缘由作一可能的尝试性探析,亦为必要而有新意。
Teacher' s burnout has become a great concern recently. Psychological research has revealed many of its causes and negative effects. In addition, existentialism of Sartre which shifts its attention to the meaning of life as the objective of study can provide a new perspective of investigating the teacher' s burnout and also offer a new explanation for the innermost causes of individual teacher' s burnout.
