土地价格的监测主要通过对相近等级区域中的典型离散监测点的信息收集与跟踪来完成。ORACLE MapViewer作为一个WebGIS服务，可直接将Spatial数据引入高效地生成GIS应用，这为地价动态监测系统的实施提供了很好的解决方案。
Monitoring the land price is completed by information collection and tracking from typical discrete monitoring points of similar level regions. ORACLE MapViewer as a WebGIS services can directly generate spatial data into GIS applications effficiently,which provides a good solution to the implementation of dynamic monitoring system for land price.
