反相高效液相色谱法测定祛白灵凝胶中氟尿嘧啶含量

RP HPLC determination of fluorouracili in Qu Bai Ling

目的：建立测定祛白灵凝胶中氟尿啶啶（５－ＦＵ）含量的方法。方法：反相高效液相色谱分离测定。结果：氟尿嘧啶线性范围是２０７０ｍｇ／Ｌ，ｒ＝０９９９９，平均回收率９８２１％，ＲＳＤ为１２５％。结论：本法灵敏，准确可靠，重现性好。

Objective:To develop a method for the determination of fluorouracili (5 FU) in Qu Bai Ling.Methods:Reverse phase HPLC method was used.Results:The linear range was 20-70 μg/ml, r =0.9999.The recovery and RSD was 98.21% and 1.52% respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,quick and sensitive.
