联合环孢素、雄激素和细胞因子对治疗急性再生障碍性贫血的价值

The Value of Cyciosporine Combined with Androgen and Cytokine on Acute Aplastic Anemia

目的 观察联合环孢素、雄激素和细胞因子治疗急性再生障碍性贫血（AAA）的价值.方法 2003年～2008年共有57例AAA患者接受环孢素、雄激素和细胞因子治疗,回顾性分析该方法治疗后的疗效.结果 基本治愈19例,缓解12例,明显进步14例,无效12例（死亡5例,其中2例死于脑出血,3例死于严重感染）.结论 环孢素、雄激素联合细胞因子是治疗AAA的有效方法之一,安全有效,是患者的良好选择.

Objective To observe clinical treatment effectiveness of cyclosporine combined with androgen and cytokine for treatment of acute aplastic anemia （ AAA）. Methods From 2003 to 2008, there were 57 cases of AAA received cyclosporine combined with androgen and cytokine therapy, the efficacy of which was retrospectively analyzed. Results Nineteen cases were cured essentially; 12 cases symptom was released;14 cases had remarkable improvement;It was ineffective in 12 cases（5 deaths,in which 2 patients died of cerebral hemorrhage,3 patients died of severe infection）. Conclusion Cyclosporine combined with the male hormone and cytokine treatment is effective for AAA.
