Children, who are vastly different from adults in physical and cognitive development, can＇t do without toys in their lives and have special features in exploring toys. In design and choice of toys for preschool children, consideration should be given to the age appropriateness and age span and importance should be attached to the observation and evaluation of children＇s non-verbal index so that proper toys are offered to promote their development.
