不同聘用方式对幼儿园教师的影响——以湖北武汉市为例

Impact of Different Form of Employment upon Preschool Teachers:A Case in Wuhan,Hubei

随着教师聘任制在幼儿园的实施，多样化的幼儿园教师聘用方式逐渐出现。目前幼儿园教师大体可分为事业编制内人员、合同制人员以及未签订合同的临时聘用人员几类。随着学前教育事业的不断发展和民办园的不断增加，很多地方编制外的幼儿园教师数量远远超过了编制内的幼儿园教师数量。不同聘用方式下幼儿园教师的收入、工作的稳定性、职称评定、社会福利、合法权益等方面都存在一定的差异。

With the employment system implemented in kindergarten, diversified forms of employment for preschool teachers emerged. At present, preschool teachers are permanently employed, contracted or temporarily employed. With the constant development of preschool education and increase of private kindergartens, in many places the non-established teachers have outnumbered the established ones. Different form of employment affect teachers＇ income, stability, professional title application, social welfare and legal fights etc.
