摘要
远郊地区幼儿园教师既不同于城区教师,也不同于一般意义上的农村教师,有其发展的特殊性。对上海市崇明县幼儿园教师职后培训现状的调查结果表明:大多数幼儿园教师愿意参加各级各类培训,但较少有外出参与培训的机会,组织公开展示活动的机会也较少。大多数幼儿园教师最希望提高自己的教育教学实践能力,其次是提高自己的理论水平。
Preschool teachers in remote suburban areas, different from their counterparts both in urban and rural areas, have special features. A survey of the preschool teachers in Shanghai's Chongming County on the condition of during-service training show that most preschool teachers are willing to participate in trainings of various types and levels but the opportunities for such trainings are scarce, so are opportunities for organized demonstration. Most teachers are most eager to improve their ability of teaching practice, and then their theoretic level.
