During the NPC CPPCC 2010, ZHANG Guobao, the Director General of the National Energy Administration （NEA） and a member of the CPPCC, accepted a special interview by Xinhua News Agency, during which he answer about issues concerning the energy development direction and current hotspot in China. As agreed by ZHANG himself, our magazine selects some issues concerning nuclear energy and nuclear power for publication.
