顾客参与对商业友谊的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 本研究的目的在于探讨国内服务行业中顾客参与对商业友谊的影响。研究结果表明:(一)信息分享对商业友谊有直接的正向影响,揭示了提高信息分享程度能增进商业友谊。(二)责任行为对商业友谊有直接的正向影响,揭示了加强责任行为能增进商业友谊。(三)人际互动对商业友谊有直接的正向影响,揭示了提高人际互动能增进商业友谊。(四)顾客参与对商业友谊有直接的正向影响,表示顾客参与的提高会增进商业友谊。
