摘要
本文用NBT比色法检测了罗氏沼虾、克氏螫虾、无齿相手蟹、锯齿华溪蟹不同组织的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果显示,肝胰腺中SOD活性高于其它组织,无齿相手蟹略高于其它三种,雄性个体略高于雌性个体。
The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in several organs of Marcrobrachium rosenbergii, Procam barus clarkii,Sinopotamon denticulatum and Sesarma (Holometopus)dehanni was studied with the NBT col orimetry. The results showed that the SOD activity of the liver-pancreatic tissue was much higher than other tissues. The SOD activity of Sesarma (Holometopus) dehanni was a little higher than the others, the male was a little higher than the female in Procambarus clarkii and Macrobrachium rosenbergii.
