168例急性缺血性脑卒中与院外感染的临床相关性分析

目的：探讨急性缺血性脑卒中与院外感染的临床相关性。方法：收集我院自2004年3月-2007年1月确诊为急性缺血性脑卒中患者168例的临床资料，根据是否发生院外感染分为观察组（72例）和对照组（96例），回顾性分析两组患者的感染发生时间、感染类型、患病危险因素、抗感染治疗后的临床疗效等。结果：观察组患者近期（4周以内）院外呼吸系统感染发生率显著高于其他时间段的院外感染发生率，而观察组患者给予抗感染治疗后临床显效率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；相关性分析结果显示，高血压病、既往TIA病史、高脂血症和近期感染与急性缺血性脑卒中的发生明显相关（P〈0．05）。结论：近期院外感染与急性缺血性脑卒中的发生有显著的临床相关性。

Objective：Discusses the clinical relevance which outside the acute anemic apoplexy and the courtyard infects. Methods： Collected my courtyard ～2007 year in January to diagnose from March, 2004 for the acute anemic apoplexy patient 168 example clinical material, according to whether to have outside the courtyard to infect divides into the observation group （72 examples） and the control group （96 examples）, after the review analysis two group of patient＇s infections had the time, the infection type, to be sick the hazard factor, the anti--infection treatment clinical curative effect and so on. Result：The observation group patients （within 4 weeks） the courtyard external respiration system infection formation rate will obviously be in the near future higher than other time section outside the courtyard to infect the formation rate, but after the observation group patients will give the anti--infection treatment, the clinical obviously efficiency will obviously be higher than the control group （P〈0.05） ; The relevant analysis result showed that hypertension will get sick, formerly the TIA medical history, the hyperlipemia and the near future infects and the acute anemic apoplexy occurrence obvious related （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Outside the short--term courtyard the infection and the acute anemic apoplexy＇s occurrence will have the remarkable clinical relevance.
