摘要
目的：探讨多发大肠息内病的临床病理特点及诊断、鉴别诊断要点。方法：通过临床资料、肠镜及病理检查对2例大肠息肉病进行观察，总结其特点，并结合文献加以分析。结论：大肠息肉病恶变率极高，诊断依赖临床、肠镜、病理三方面的结合。
Objective：Discusses sends the large intestine polyposis＇s clinical pathology characteristic and the diagnosis, the differ- ential diagnosis main point. Methods：Through the clinical material, the intestines mirror and the pathology inspection carries on the observation to 2 example large intestine polyposis, summarizes its characteristic, and unifies the literature to analyze. Conclusion： Large intestine polyposis becoming malignant rate is extremely high, diagnosis dependence clinical, intestines mirror, pathology three aspect unions.
