甲地孕酮硅胶避孕环的临床使用指导

目的：探讨甲地孕酮避孕环临床应用情况。方法：选择育龄妇女150例，其中早婚未生育者50例，未婚经常人工流产者50例，已生育一胎不能放置IUD及剖宫产后妇女50例，放置甲地孕酮硅胶避孕环一个，观察甲地孕酮硅胶避孕环的临床使用情况。结果：避孕有效率为95．33％，92例未生育妇女停用6～24个月已妊娠81例，11例推迟生育，停用后不影响生育功能。结论：甲地孕酮硅胶避孕环效果好，使用简便副作用少，停用后不影响生育功能，值得推广应用。

Objective： Discusses the armor progesterone contraceptive ring clinical practice situation. Methods： Chooses the woman of child--bearing age 150 examples, the early marriage birth 50 examples, the unmarried induced abortion 50 examples, a/ter have not given birth an embryo cannot lay aside IUD and the c--section, the woman 50 examples frequently, lays aside armor progester- one silica gel contraceptive ring one, observes the armor progesterone silica gel contraceptive ring＇s clinical service condition. Resuit：Contraceptive effectiveness was 95.33 %, 92 example child--bearing women has stopped using 6 --24 month already pregnancy 81 examples, 11 example birth postponement, after stopping using, did not affect the birth function. Conclusion：The armor progesterone silica gel contraceptive ring effect is good, the use simple side effect are few, after stopping using, does not affect the birth function, is worth promoting the application.
