电针联合超激光治疗带状疱疹痛的临床疗效

目的：观察超激光疼痛治疗仪联合电针治疗带状疱疹痛的临床疗效。方法：66例带状疱疹痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组33例。对照组采用抗病毒＋超激光治疗；治疗组采用抗病毒＋超激光＋电针治疗。两组均加强皮损创面的护理以及疼痛护理、心理护理、饮食护理、用药指导和健康教育等。分别于治疗前及治疗1个疗程后评价疼痛改善程度和治疗效果。结果：与治疗前比较，两组治疗后lOd的VAs均有显著下降（t值分别为9．86和12．81，P〈0．01）；与对照组比较，治疗组10d后的VAs下降幅度更为显著（t值为2．25，P〈0．05）。经过2个疗程20d治疗，两组治疗有效人数分别为27人和32人，有效率（痊愈＋显效＋好转）分别为81．82％及96．97％，治疗组有效率显著增加，差异有统计学意义（Y2—3．99，P〈0．05）。结论：超激光疼痛治疗仪联合电针治疗带状疱疹疗效确切，能迅速缓解症状，效果持久。
