摘要
目的:本研究旨在观察大鼠急性拉伤后腓肠肌bFGF表达的时间规律,以及按摩对骨骼肌损伤修复过程中bFGF表达的影响;探讨按摩治疗骨骼肌损伤的作用机理。方法:采用自制拉伤装置造成大鼠双后肢腓肠肌急性拉伤模型,损伤后第2d进行按摩治疗,并采用免疫组化法和图像分析系统观察大鼠腓肠肌自然修复过程中及按摩后bFGF表达的变化。结果:7d时大鼠腓肠肌bFGF平均光密度值达本实验最大值;按摩治疗3d组大鼠腓肠肌bFGF表达水平较同期自然修复组明显降低,有极显著性差异;按摩治疗5d组与同期自然修复组比较显著降低,有极显著性差异。结论:急性拉伤后7d内大鼠腓肠肌bFGF阳性表达呈现上升趋势;推测按摩通过促进bFGF在损伤修复过程中对靶细胞的作用,有效缩短了修复过程,此可能为按摩促进骨骼肌损伤修复的机制之一。

Conclusion: After the acute pulling injury in 7d the big mouse fei intestines myo-- hFGF masculine gender expression presents the trend of escalation; The extrapolation massage through promotes bFGF in the damage repair process to the target cell function,reduced the repair process effectively, this possibly one of for massage promotion skeletal muscle damage repair mechanisms.
