胃癌术后导入营养的临床应用研究

摘要 目的:对胃癌手术治疗后的营养导入进行分析探讨;方法:将我院半年期间因胃癌行根治性胃大部切除或全胃切除术的患者136例,随机分为肠内营养组合对照组两组,通过研究胃癌术后全肠内营养对患者术后的体型状况及胃功能恢复情况的影响作用,有无腹泻、呕吐、恶心等并发症;结果:在研究过程中,两组人员无严重并发症。对照组比肠内营养组的消化道症状更加多见,经过合理导入营养指导后12个月,患者的消瘦率和消瘦程度都有明显的改善,生活质量明显提高,肠内营养组较明显。 Objective:Treats after to the stomach cancer surgery the nutrition to induct carries on the analysis discussion; Meth. ods: My courtyard half year period because the stomach cancer good radical cure stomach big excision or the entire stomach excisior method patient 136 examples,divide into in stochastically the intestines the nutrition combination control group two groups, in th~ entire intestines the nutrition restores the situation after the research stomach cancer technique after the patient technique build con- dition and the stomach function the influence function, whether there is diarrhea, vomit, disgusting and so on complications; Results..
