血浆置换联合甲基强的松龙治疗过敏性紫癜肾炎的观察与护理

目的：探讨血浆置换（PP）联合甲基强的松龙（MP）治疗过敏性紫癜肾炎（HSPN）的临床观察与护理。将35例（HSPN）患者随机分为两组，对照组采用常规剂量肾上腺皮质激素治疗，观察组用PP＋MP联合冲击治疗，并加强疾病健康知识宣教及采用针对性的护理。结果：PP＋MP组15例患儿中疗效显著，尿常规阴转5例，尿常规明显好转7例，无效2例，总有效率达80％，2组比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：在密切观察病情及有效护理干预前提下，PP＋MP联合冲击治疗较常规的肾上腺皮质激素更能有效地提高治疗HSPN的显效率，降低并发症。
