目的：探讨灯盏细辛对型糖尿病多发性末梢神经病变的治疗效果。方法：对2型糖尿病患者在常规治疗的基础上加用灯盏细辛治疗，疗程16天。结果：治疗组总有效率为91．2％，对照组总有效率48％，两组相比差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：灯盏细辛是治疗2型糖尿病多发性末梢神经病变的有效药物。
