人工全髋关节置换术后康复治疗

目的：探讨人工全髋关节置换术后患肢的功能康复治疗方法。方法：对我院收治的各类人工全髋关节置换术后经康复治疗的患者45例的l临床资料进行回顾性分析，该组患者经过2～4周的康复训练，在治疗前后做肌力、关节活动范围及Harris评分对照。结果：经过康复治疗后，髋关节功能恢复良好，Harris髋关节功能评分明显提高，与治疗前相比存在显著性差异，P〈0．05。结论：人工全髋关节置换术后进行系统的康复治疗可增加患肢的关节活动范围及肌力，提高手术疗效，改善患者的生存质量。
