人工全髋关节置换术后康复治疗

摘要 目的:探讨人工全髋关节置换术后患肢的功能康复治疗方法。方法:对我院收治的各类人工全髋关节置换术后经康复治疗的患者45例的l临床资料进行回顾性分析,该组患者经过2~4周的康复训练,在治疗前后做肌力、关节活动范围及Harris评分对照。结果:经过康复治疗后,髋关节功能恢复良好,Harris髋关节功能评分明显提高,与治疗前相比存在显著性差异,P〈0.05。结论:人工全髋关节置换术后进行系统的康复治疗可增加患肢的关节活动范围及肌力,提高手术疗效,改善患者的生存质量。 Objective:Discusses the artificial entire coxa to replace the technique future trouble extremity the function recovery method of treatment. Methods.. Replaces the technique after my courtyard admitting each kind of man--power entire coxa to carry on the review analysis after the recovery treatment patient 45 example clinical materials,this group of patients pass through 2-4 week --long recovery training,makes the myo-- strength,the joint sphere of action and the Harris grading comparison around the treatment. Results:After the recovery treatment, the coxa function restores good, the Harris coxa function grading distinct enhancement, compares the existence signficance difference with the treatment before,P〈0. 05. Conclusion: After the artificial entire coxa re- places the technique to carry on the system the recovery treatment to be possible to increase the trouble extremity the joint sphere of action and the myo-- strength,enhances the surgery curative effect,improves patient's survival quality.
