目的：对29例先天性巨结肠患者手术前后的临床护理及治疗配合。方法：针对先天性巨结肠患者的护理，制定护理计划，采取相应的护理措施，密切配合治疗，做好围手术期的管理。结果：便秘、腹胀消失，年长儿身高、体重明显改善。无大便失禁、无复发、无肛门狭窄，无闸门综合症及盲端综合症。结论：做好术前、术后护理，加强病情观察，减少并发症的发生，提高了患者的生存质量。

Objective： To around 29 examples congenital giant colon patient surgery clinical nursing and treatment coordination. Methods： In view of congenital giant colon patient＇s nursing,the formulation nursing plan,takes the corresponding nursing measure, coordinates the treatment closely, completes encircles the surgery time the management. Results：Constipation, distension of the abdomen vanishing, old height, body weight distinct improvement. The non--bowel movement incontinence, does not have the recrudescence,does not have the anus to be narrow,non--strobe syndrome and blind end syndrome. Conclusion： After completes in front of the technique, the technique nurses, the enhancement condition observation, reduces the complication the occurrence, improved patient＇s survival quality.
