摘要
目的探讨角质细胞生长因子(KGF)和雄激素受体(AR)在前列腺癌中的相互关系。方法病例来自扬州大学附属医院经病理证实的前列腺增生患者45例,前列腺癌患者30例,应用免疫SABC法探测KGF和AR在所有组织中的表达。结果前列腺癌组织中角质细胞生长因子表达阳性率明显高于前列腺增生组织(P<0.05)。前列腺癌组织中角质细胞生长因子表达阳性率明显高于前列腺增生组织(P<0.05)。角质细胞生长因子和雄激素受体在前列腺癌中有明显的相关性。结论研究显示KGF和AR的过度表达及相互间的调控异常可能是导致前列腺癌的原因,其中KGF起重要的作用。
Objective To observe the expression of KGF and AR in Pca,and to evaluate their significance.Methods After the pathological examination of the resected prostates,45 cases of BPH,30 cases of Pca,and were selected from affiliated hospital of Yangzhou University.Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of KGF and AR in all the cases.Results The expression level of AR in prostatic carcinoma tissues was higher than that in prostatic hyperplasia(P<0.05);The expression levels of KGF in prostatic carcinoma tissues was higher than that in prostatic hyperplasia(P<0.05);a positive correlation was found between the expression of KGF and AR in the Pca.Conclusion The results indicate that overexpression of KGF and AR and their aberrant modulation may play an important role in the pathogenesis of Pca;KGF was closely involved in the genesis of Pca.
