Researches on Social Responsibilities of Real Estate Industry from the Perspective of Harmonious Society

房地产企业履行社会责任对和谐社会建设具有重要意义。房地产企业在履行社会责任方面主要存在履约不诚信、不注重节约能源与环境保护、漠视大众权益等问题。通过强化政府引导与监控,增加绿色健康住宅规模与投入、合理进行项目策划,重视开发过程的精细化管理、加强房地产企业内部机制建设,建立合理完善的社会评价体系等措施可以督促房地产企业更好地履行社会责任,使房地产企业健康可持续发展,促进和谐社会建设。

That real estate industry should fulfill its social responsibilities is of great importance to building a harmonious society. However, many problems exist in this regard such as dishonesty in executing its contracts, unconsciousness of resource reservation and environment protection, thus ignoring public interests. To fulfill social responsibilities of real estate industry in order to promote its sound and sustainable development and a harmonious society, government guidance and monitoring should be strengthened in increasing green and healthy housing, and building projects planned rationally. Administration in the development process and the internal administrative mechanism in real estate enterprises should also be enhanced as well as a reasonable and sound social assessment system should be established.
