胰岛素强化治疗对2型糖尿病胰岛功能的影响

Effects of Intensive Insulin Treatment on the β Cell Function in Type Ⅱ Diabetes Mellitus

目的 探讨胰岛素强化治疗对２型糖尿病胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法采用放免法比较７３例１型和２型糖尿病人胰岛素强化治疗前后血清胰岛素和 ｃ-肽水平变化。结果强化治疗后的 ２型糖尿病在 ７５ｇＯＧＴＴ实验中，６０’、１２０’、１８０’血清胰岛素和 ｃ－肽明显升高。结论胰岛素强化治疗可使 ２型糖尿病胰岛β功能部分好转。

Objective To study the effects of intensive insulin treatment on the β cell function in type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus. Methods Deformming the changes of insulin and c-peptide blood levels before and after intensive insulin treatment in 73 diabetes mellitus paients by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of insulin and c-peptide were significantly increased at 60'、 120'and 180' in 75g OGTT in type II diabetes mellitus after intensive insulin treatment. ConclusionIntensive insulin treatment can partially improve the β cell funcfion of type n Ⅱ diabetes mellitus.
