股深动脉血流动力学的超声评价

Duplex Ultrasonic Detection ot Protunda Femoral Artery Hemodynamics

目的评价超声对股深动脉血流动力学的探查意义。方法应用双功彩超对34条正常动脉的肢体与20条股浅动脉闭塞肢体的股深动脉进行血流动力学研究。通过对股深动脉的阻力指数（RI）、股深－动脉侧支指数（PPCI）以及动脉造影的股深－动脉侧支建立和开放程度的评分进行相关和等级相关分析。结果与结论表明RI可作为评价股深－动脉脉侧支建立和开放的指标之一，可为利用股深动脉作为重建下肢血液循环手术提供参考。

Objective To evaluate the significance of duplex ultrasonic detection of profunda femoral artery hemodynamics. Methods Profunda femoral artery hemodynamics was detected by duplex ultrasonography in 34 normal artery limb and 20 superficial femoral artery occlusive limb. Results Profunda popliteal collateral circulation would be well-developed in occlusive disease of superficial femoral artery, duplex ultrasonic detection can act as a hemodynamic reference for operation on profunda femoral artery as an inflow channel whether or not simultaneously as out flow channel. Correlation was done between profunda femoral artery resistive index (RI) and profunda popliteal index (PPCI) (r=0.8097), rank correlation was done between RI and based- arteriograms profounda popliteral collateral score (r=-0.7346). Conclusion Profunda femoral artery resistive index can act as one of index of establishing and opening profunda popliteal collateral and can act as reference in using profunda femoral artery as an out flow channel.
