小麦纤维素颗粒治疗儿童功能性便秘的临床观察

Clinical Study of Xiaomei Xianweisu Keli on the Treatment of Childhood Functional Constipation

目的探讨小麦纤维素颗粒治疗儿童功能性便秘的疗效和不良反应。方法选择92例功能性便秘患儿,对照组采用饮食调节、训练排便习惯、每天进行适量的活动治疗;治疗组在上述治疗基础上采用小麦纤维素颗粒治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为80.4%,明显高于对照组的39.1%(P<0.01),治疗后治疗组较对照组两次排便间隔时间缩短,治疗组药物治疗后排便间隔时间较治疗前明显缩短,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论小麦纤维素颗粒治疗儿童功能性便秘安全、有效。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Xianmei Xianweisu Keli on the treatment of childhood functional constipation. Methods The select 92 cases of childhood functional constipation were divided into two groups; The control group were treated with diet adjustment, training bowel habits, daily appropriate activities for 2 weeks; The observe group were treated with Xiaomei Xianweisu Keli on the basis of the above-mentioned treatment for 2 weeks. Results In the observe group, the total effective rate was 80.4%, significantly higher than 39.1% （P〈0.01）; The interval time between two defecation was shorter in the observe group than in the control group, the interval time between two defecation was significantly shorter after drug treatment than before drug treatment in the observe group, difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Xiaomei Xianweisu Keli is effective and safe in the treatment of childhood functional constipation.
