新辅助化疗对大肠癌免疫功能的影响 被引量：1

摘要 近年来的前瞻性研究已证实,新辅助化疗即术前化疗可以明显提高大肠癌患者的近期治疗效果。但大肠癌的新辅助化疗对肿瘤细胞发生抑制的同时,对机体的免疫功能,包括细胞免疫和体液免疫均可能产生抑制,目前临床上对这方面的研究仍较少。
