表露情绪简式工具在中国台湾人之应用

Use of The Translated Chinese“Short Form”For Assessing Expresed Emotion

目的：引介‘表露情绪行为简式测量工具—五分钟演说样本（ＦＭＳＳ）’有效地使用于中国人。方法：首先进行跨文化适用性检定，搜集台湾精神分裂症病患主要照顾者１２人的五分钟演说样本做内容分析，并经由我国语言学、人类学、心理学、精神科医师及精神科社会工作等专家的深入讨论，按ＵＣＬＡＦａｍｉｌｙＲｅｓｅａｒｃｈＰｒｏｊｅｃｔ，Ｄｒ．Ｍ．Ｇｏｌｄｓｔｅｉｎ之跨文化评估（１２个案）结果，维持中美之间ＥＥ操作性定义之平行概念，决定ＣＦＭＳＳ的分析项目，确认合适国人语意的指标句，澄清评分规则，建构ＣＦＭＳＳ手册；第二、应用‘表露情绪行为简式测量工具（ＣＦＭＳＳ）手册’于大样本共１１８人，并检验ＥＥ与家庭负荷、拒绝病患量表之间的同时效度。结果：显示手册中的１２个项目都可应用，其操作定义清楚，指标句与评估规则系统经评分者一致性（ＲＥＣ）检定，达ｒ＝０．７９～０．８９（批评方面），ｒ＝０．８２～０．８６（过度介入方面），今后ＣＦＭＳＳ可以继续接受相关研究之考验。

Objective To study the utility of newly translated Chinese version of the Manual of Five Minute Speech Sample(CFMSS)based on the Five Minute Speech Sample(FMSS).Method To collect the results of twelve recorded speech samples provided by subjects in Taiwan.It was analyzed by two rater groups:one of University of California at Los Angeles(UCLA),the other of trained Psychiatric Social Workers in Taiwan.Results The study demonstrated the validity of the instrument for determining High Emotional Expression(HEE)in the context of Chinese and discourse and expression in Taiwan.The first study was followed by analysis of the effectiveness of the Chinese instrument,CFMSS,in a large sample of one hundred and eighteen subjects and the utility of the instrument in concurrent study of Family Caregiver Burden and Family Rejection of the Patient.Rater consistency was examined by random error co efficient:r=0 79～0 89 for “Criticism”;r=0 82～0 86 for “Emotional Overinvolvement”.The standardization Manual was completed.Conclusion It is applicable for study of Chinese populations and may serve as a reliable instrument with demonstrated cross cultural validity.
