目的：探讨情感表达慨念及评定工具在我国的适用性，方法：本文对其评定工具坎玻威尔家庭会谈表的全译中文版本进行了跨文化信度、效度检验。５０个精神分裂症患者家庭分别接受了会谈并录音记录下会谈内容，两位评分者据录音资料严格遵照情感表达评分标准进行独立评定。结果：情感表达５个指标（指责、敌视、情感过份介入、赞扬、热情），评分者一致性信度较高（积差相关系数达０．７７以上），对高低情感表达评定的总体一致率达９０％，重测信度亦很高（积差相关系数在０．８２以上），同时还检测了情感表达的跨文化效度。认为Ｃａｍｂｅｒｗｅｌ会谈表作为研究工具，在汉文化上具有较好的适用性，但由于其评定较为复杂和耗时，就目前所用的版本，不利于临床医生广泛使用。

Objective To investigate the availableness of expressed emotion concept and Camberewll Family Interview Schedul in Chinese background.Method Fifty family of patients with schizophrenia were interviewed.Two investigaters rated the audiotape recorder interviews to test the interrater reliability and test retest reliability of 5 different measures of expressed emotion.Result High interrater reliabilities and test retest reliability were round for the scales.(Product moment correlation coefficient is over 0 77).Cross cultural describing validity were found in Chineses cultures.Conclusion The measures of expressed emotion are quite complicated and require extensive and specific training for the raters.The total procedure is complex,time consuming and not easily learned.In its present form the CFI probably discourages clinicians using it.
