北京市北运河流域地表水环境问题分析与治理对策

An Analysis of Problems and Countermeasures for the Surface Water Environment Pollution of the North Canal Watershed in Beijing

北运河流域是北京市五大水系中唯一发源于本市境内的水系,随着流域内用水量和污水排水量不断增加,河道水体污染严重,河流生态系统结构遭到破坏,河流生态功能急剧退化,流域水环境质量现状已经与该区域的经济、社会发展极不相适应。对北运河流域地表水环境现状与问题进行了综合分析,并提出了水环境污染防治的措施与对策,对改善流域水环境、促进流域综合治理有一定的指导意义。

North Canal in Beijing is the only river originating in Beijing City among the five major river systems in Beijing.With the increase in water consumption and sewage discharge,the water pollution in the river is getting serious and the structure of river ecosystem is destructed,causing the basic function of the river ecosystem to degrade rapidly.The water environment polltion status in the watershed is very incompatible with the region＇s economic and social development.The surface water environment problems of the North Canal Watershed in Beijing are analyzed and the countermeasures for these problems are put forword,which is of signifcance to imoroving the water environment and promoting the systematic management of the watershed.
