摘要
根据云南省金沙江流域水资源分布及利用情况、环境保护状况、社会发展水平及经济结构组成等特点,利用模糊综合评判方法,以水资源承载力评价指标体系为导向,对流域水资源承载能力的各个因素进行单因素分析,通过综合评判矩阵对其承载能力作出多因素综合评价,采用相关的评价模型,计算出与之对应的模糊子集的隶属度,得出相应的评价结果及综合评分值,评价不同区域水资源承载力大小,从而全面地分析流域水资源承载能力的状况。结果表明,金沙江流域水资源承载力相对较好,存在一定的开发利用潜力。研究成果可为云南省金沙江流域水资源可持续开发利用提供决策依据,同时促进流域水资源与社会经济的协调发展。
According to water resources distribution and application situation,environmental protection condition,level of social development and economic structure composition and other characteristics of the Jinshajiang River Basin in Yunnan Province,this paper uses fuzzy synthesis judgment method,takes the water resources capacity evaluating indicator system as a guideline,through a single factor analysis of the convective region water resources capacity of each factor,makes the multi-factor quality synthetic evaluation through the synthesis judgment matrix to its capacity,uses the related evaluation model,calculates with it correspondence fuzzy subset degree of membership,and obtains the corresponding measurement results and the synthesis grading value,the appraisal zones of different water resources capacity size and analyzes comprehensively the condition of the basin water resources capacity.The results indicate that the water resources capacity of Jinshajiang River basin in Yunnan is relatively good,and has certain development potentialities.It serves as an evidence for policy-making for the sustainable development of water resources in Jinshajiang River Basin in Yunnan,and promotes the coordinated development of water resources and social economy in the basin.
