河套灌区节水农业发展现状及其近期重点

The Current Development and Focal Points in Short-term Water-saving Agriculture in Hetao Irrigation District

我国水资源短缺,农业用水形势严峻,发展节水农业是唯一的选择。河套灌区是我国3个特大型灌区之一,灌区总面积119.03万hm2,近年来实际引黄灌溉用水量在40~45亿m3,引黄灌溉面积57.4万hm2,灌溉用水在流域用水总量占有较大比例。通过研究河套灌区节水农业科技发展现状,意在寻找灌区节水薄弱环节,结合灌区实际情况和经济水平,提出节水农业近期发展重点,以促进灌区的可持续发展。

Developing water-saving agriculature is the only choice,for there is a shortage of water resources and a grave situation of water for farming.Hetao Irrigation District,one of the three ultra-large-scale irrigation canals,occupies an area of 1190328 hectares.In recent years,the actual water quantities Hetao Irrigation District diverted from Yellow River are 4 000～4 500 millions cubic meters,and the irrigation area is 574 000 hectares.So,irrigation water occupies large proportions of the total water volumes used in this drainage area.The aim of this paper is to find out the weaknesses of water-saving in this irrigation area and put forward the focal development points of water-saving agriculture in the short term,combining the actual situation with the economy of this irrigation area,so that the sustainable development of this irrigation area can be promoted by means of studying the current development situation of water-saving agriculture in Hetao Irrigation District.
