摘要
目前,混凝土的损坏、病害防治修补材料、修补技术的研究己形成了一门必不可少的学科领域。对老混凝土的维护、修复等常常需要浇筑修补混凝土。老混凝土结构物与修补混凝土的接触面形成新老混凝土界面,新老混凝土界面黏结质量决定新老混凝土能否形成统一的整体,保证混凝土结构物的整体性。通过分析当前国内外修补材料的作用机理、选择和应用条件,再介绍新老混凝土界面黏结材料的研究与应用现状以及现在主要使用的几种界面清理方式,又进一步提出了对混凝土界面黏结强度进行检验的几种主要方法,最后对界面黏结材料实际运用情况进行了评述。
At present,research on concrete damage,disease,its prevention and treatment repairing materials and repairing technology has become an essential subject.Repairing concretes is often needed to pour old concrete structures for maintenance and repairment.Old concrete interface is thus formed by the interface of old concrete structures and repairing concrete.Its bonding quality determines whether new and old concrete can form a unified whole to ensure the integrity of concrete structures.This paper analyzes the mechanism of action,current selection and application conditions of repairing materials at home and abroad.Then it introduces the study and application status of new and old concrete interfacial bonding materials.Several methods of inspecting concrete interfacial bonding strength are proposed.Finally,actual application situation of interface bonding materials is reviewed.
