温针对疼痛性膝骨性关节炎患者镇痛效果观察30例

Warming Needle Moxibustion in Treating 30 Cases of Painful Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察温针对疼痛性膝骨性关节炎的镇痛效果。方法将60例患者随机分为2组治疗组(温针)30例;对照组(中频)30例。比较2组的镇痛效果。结果经10 d治疗,总有效率治疗组为90.00%,对照组为85.71%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);疼痛评分比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温针对疼痛性膝骨性关节炎有更好的镇痛作用。

Objective To observe the analgesic effect of warming needle moxibustion on painful knee osteoarthritis（KOA）.Methods 60 KOA patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group（30 cases） received acupuncture and moxibustion,and the control group（30 cases） received medium fre-quency electrotherapy.The total effective rate and pain intensity scores of two groups were evaluated.Re-sults After 10 days,the total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 90%,85.71% respec tively,and there were significant differences between them（P0.05）.The pain scores were decreased in the two groups,and there were significant differences between them（P0.05）.Conclusion Warming needle moxibustion has good effects on painful KOA patients,and its analgesic effect was better than that of other method.
