中药复方对肝癌移植瘤小鼠肿瘤干细胞表面标志c-kit和CD_(133)表达的影响 被引量:18

Effect of Chinese Compound Prescription on Expressions of c-kit and CD133 of Tumor Stem Cell in Mice of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Transplanted Subcutaneously

摘要 目的观察中药复方解毒消癥饮和扶正抑瘤方对肝癌移植瘤小鼠肿瘤干细胞表达的影响。方法建立ICR小鼠皮下肝癌移植瘤模型,采用免疫组化法检测肿瘤干细胞表面标志物c-kit和CD133的表达。结果给药组瘤重明显小于对照组(P<0.05),抑瘤率为19%;给药组与对照组相比,c-kit和CD133的表达强度均降低(P<0.05),总阳性率降低。结论调控肿瘤干细胞的表达是中药复方具有较好临床疗效的原因。 Objective To observe the effect of Chinese compound prescription(Jiedu Xiaozheng and Fuzheng Yiliu) on tumor stem cell in hepatic tumors of mice.Methods The ICR mice model of hepa-tocellular carcinoma transplanted subcutaneously were established and the expressions of c-kit and CD133 were detected with immunohistochemistry.Results The weight of tumor in administration group was lighter than control group(P0.05),and the growth inhibitory rate was 19%.Compared with control group,the expressions of c-kit and CD133 in administration group were decreased,the total positive rates were decreased,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Chinese compound prescrip-tion has good effect and the mechanism is possibly related to its regulating effect on expression of tumor stem cell.
